POLLARDED TREES

 
We recently spent a week on a caravan site where they were many of these pollarded trees.  I was very attracted to the bare branches against the very blue sky.

    Beautiful images. Pollarded trees can look a little creepy I think, last time I tried painting them it looked like a Tim Burton movie!

    Beautiful job on this paper, Valerie! Pollarded trees always seem to either make me uncomfortable or I love the look--you nailed the second!
