PUMPKINS

Some days ago I bought many pumkins near the Abbey of Pomposa - Ferrara - Italy.
These pumpkins were beautiful: yellow, orange, green, white, striped, round, flask-shaped... big, very big, small, very small...
I could not resiste and I draw them on my travel booknotes.

  1. These are just STUNNING, Angela! You call them all pumpkins in Italy? Here, it would look like a collection of pumpkins, winter squash and even gourds. Whatever they are, they're beautiful...

  8. I love these--wonderful and rich color, yet not at all garish. Watercolor, yes?
