A few days ago I went with friends in Corsica for a census of seabirds.
At sea there were many small migratory birds, but also a peregrin falcon ready to follow, to hunt them .
Far from the coast we saw a spectacular scene: the peregrin tried to catch a blackbird, risking to fall in the water several times. At that speed as hard as the rock. The blackbird that flew low over the sea, and straight to our ship, saved himself from the attack ... resting on the deck ... spectacular and unforgettable scene.
Nature has always has its way of making us more interested and wonder.
