With this on-going drought, I wasn't sure there would be much variety in color for our Autumn Joy maple tree. But for the last few days, color has finally blossomed . . . . and will soon be blown away in this week's winds.

  1. Lovely Vicky! don't you just love fall colors?

  2. You did a great job of capturing those beautiful autumn colors.

  3. Oh my, this is lovely...we've had more subtle colors this year!

  4. Thanks, Paula, Teri, and Kate! What surprised me is that I am still using a very limited palette here -- perm. rose, hansa yellow, phthalo blue, quin. burnt orange, and payne's gray. They are working much better than I had anticipated.

  5. Beautiful colors! Wonderful leaves.
