My first post here!

I'm delighted to have been invited to join this wonderful group of artists.  I've been following it for 3 years since I first acquired an ipod for my 60th birthday.  I now have my own computer and the learning curve is huge!  I live in a beautiful part of France on the Cote de granite rose in Brittany. 

I love painting in watercolour and drawing but my favourite medium is coloured pencils which combine both colour and detail.  I have been keeping a sketchbook for 12 years now and really enjoy travelling and the opportunities to capture images from other places.  Although I went to art college in my teens it's only since retiring that I've had the time to devote to art.  Now I can draw to my heart's content!
