Journal - The cinnamon basil in my garden has sprung flowers and seeds ... pretty and oh so tasty! I painted this last month - (NOT 2014!!! - GOSH WHAT WAS I THINKING OR NOT THINKING!! LOL) and those flowers and leaves are still going strong!
I have clipped leaves from my Cinnamon Basil and Thai Basil and dried to use during the winter. I find Cinnamon, Licorice and Thai basil to keep their strong flavor even after drying.
