Its also a fantastic way to convey fuzziness.Concetta Florehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08770819606453338468noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4222503441854374850.post-28287556929909923372011-03-06T07:25:05.433-06:002011-03-06T07:25:05.433-06:00Marancat, thank you. I actually use the scrub brush to wet the area with a lifting stroke then dab away the color with tissue. Wet, lift, blot. Not so scary this way. Knowing your paper helps too. This is Arches coldpress 90# paper.Vickiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11301484477954719161noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4222503441854374850.post-82247644380208018772011-03-06T02:59:41.974-06:002011-03-06T02:59:41.974-06:00A lovely sketch - I especially like the large, pai...A lovely sketch - I especially like the large, painted rosette on the right-hand page. The way you have reserved those little lights around the edges of some of the leaves is beautiful and really gives depth.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4222503441854374850.post-44950725308445535872011-03-06T02:10:46.166-06:002011-03-06T02:10:46.166-06:00Hi Vickie, you are very brave to scrub away what y...Hi Vickie, you are very brave to scrub away what you have already painted, don't think I would have th courage.
